"The Ski Jumper", created by Norwegian artist Nico Widerberg, was unveiled at Frognerseteren in 2021 as a tribute to Norway’s proud skiing tradition.

The sculpture was a gift from Tandberg Eiendom to Frognerseteren and the people of Oslo.

Behind it stands the historic Frognerseteren restaurant, built in 1891 at 437 metres above sea level, overlooking the city beneath a warm evening sky.
